CamCard - Business card scanner & reader App Reviews

This app does the complete opposite of what it promises to do. Everything it collects off the business card is out into the wrong spot. I actually spent $2.99 on this app, thank god it wasnt the full price of $6.99 cause I would be asking for my money back! Do not get this app, the free ones that are available are superior to this and easier to use. Plus, who cares about the app syncing with the cloud so your cards are never lost, your iPhones contacts sync with iCloud guys! Theres no special features here. Bad app!

Works well. Wish I could take pictures of upright cards.

Takes good clear picture but I find I have to correct few things every time and I guess I was expecting it to be more accurate for an app that I had to pay for

Have to make corrections to every card. Recognition could be better. Also, it should automatically place a 1 in front of every phone number.

I used to deplore getting business cards b/c theyd just clutter my desk and Id never have them with me when I needed them. Now its so easy! This is one of favorite apps by far. Love it!

Exceptional app. Very handy, well designed and easy to use.

Love this app and it works better than my previous card scanning app but the country is defaulted to Canada and needs to be manually changed for each import. It automatically changed for the UK but most of my cards are from the GCC which doesnt seem well recognized. Its also a pain bc you have to manually scroll to the bottom of the country list as opposed to typing in the first letter of the name etc. It would also be helpful if words were pre-set to begin with a capital as most are names or titles.

I like the app but would like to know how to import the non paid contacts into the paid version.

I love this app, it makes connecting easier and is better than carrying around a ton of business cards:)

Ive been using CamCard for the past 3 days and so far its great! I just love how I can compartmentalize my life with it and group contacts based on how I know them (acquaintance, friends, work, etc).

You be so great to Add the business card picture as the contact picture. It would be available in exchange for example. Still a very nice application thought.

Most of the time I need to adjust the info. Kind of defeats the purpose if the app!
